Senior: Nicole
Class of 2018
Nicole is a senior at Shekinah Christian School. I’ve had the privilege of watching Nicole grow up, so I can vouch that she’s just as lovely on the inside as she is on the out! She’s bubbly, energetic, outgoing, thoughtful, and sincere. She loves hanging out with her friends and playing volleyball. While Nicole is unsure what the next step will be after high school, I’m sure God will use her to touch people’s live for Him. Enjoy your senior year, Nicole, and blessings to you as you serve God in the future!
Senior: Destiny
Class of 2018
Destiny was so much fun to photograph! Her session had so many unique “looks,” and you can’t help but swoon over her cuteness and beauty!
The first stop of her session was clearly a God-led moment. We had already left to start her session in Columbus, and while driving along Destiny and her mom started talking about how they used to go to Columbus every week, get books at the library, and then spend time in the topiary gardens. After the idea popped in their minds, we quickly got off the highway to head to the gardens! It was so fitting to take pictures of Destiny in a place that holds so many dear memories to them. AND the sun was shining brightly and literally made Destiny glow!
Then we hopped over to Jeffrey Mansion… Destiny’s hometown of London put the final touch on her session. Destiny wanted to do a friends picture…what a fun group and special support for Destiny!

Senior: Andy
Class of 2018
Andy is a senior at Jonathan Alder High School. He comes from a family that loves music, so it only seems fitting that music would also be in his blood! The high school Marching Band and Show Choir are his thing…in fact he even has a silver cord on his band uniform for leadership. In the future Andy hopes to pursue music production! Isn’t that cool?!
Andy, many blessings to you as you serve God with the talents He’s given you!
Andy wanted to take pictures with his uncle’s restored 1973 Nova. Pretty cool ride!
Senior: Kamryn
“She’s an old soul with young eyes, a vintage heart, and a beautiful mind.” N. Lyons
Kamryn was a jewel to photograph! Her session was so uniquely pieced together! Kamryn loves the 1950s era, so for the first part of her session she wore a vintage dress that was found at a thrift store and get this…it still had the Lazarus tag in it! (For those who aren’t old enough to remember the Lazarus stores, it’s what the Macy’s stores in Columbus used to be!)
Notice the cool old cars?!! You know, God cares about each and every detail of our lives…He even takes the little details and pieces them together to bless us, bless others in our paths, and bring glory to Him. This is what happened when Kamryn and her mom happened to be driving past a place with an old car for sale. They dropped by and asked the gentleman if he would allow Kamryn to take some senior pictures with his car, and he said sure! Their time spent visiting with this man allowed for him to share about his journey of losing his wife to cancer and the possible adventures ahead in his future. I believe God allowed their paths to cross…for a caring, listening ear…for the sweet blessing of fun senior pictures…and maybe in ways we’ll never know, but ultimately to help point our eyes to God by showing us He cares. The gentleman graciously allowed us to use three of his cars for pictures and a cool jukebox! He also surprised Kamryn by giving her a piece of his wife’s jewelry in loving memory. Kamryn is a senior at Dublin Jerome High School and she plans to attend Cedarville University next fall. She’s outgoing, caring, funny, and loves writing and yoga!
Can we all agree that Kamryn can pretty much rock any outfit she wears?!?! I mean seriously, she pulled off completely different styles in true model fashion! I love how these pictures taken in downtown Columbus turned out! The steam, the skyline, the sunset….ooooh yeah!!!
Senior: Rachel
Class of 2018
Rachel is a senior at Fairbanks High School. If you would ask her friends to describe her, I’m pretty sure they’d say she’s caring, helpful, supportive, kind, and determined! All of which will help her in pursuing her desire to be a pediatric nurse after high school. I love getting to know the people in front of my camera, and I can vouch that Rachel’s sweetness was obvious! In fact, she shared that one day she hopes to travel the world and help people in need. Wow! I think we need more Rachels in this world!
Enjoy your senior year, Rachel! And blessings as you continue to use your caring spirit to touch people’s lives!
Senior: Madison
Class of 2018
It was a pleasure to meet Madison and take her senior portraits! Something unique about Madison’s session was that we took most of the photos at her house and a few in an old barn yard. You see, Madison is very involved in 4-H and she wanted some pictures with one of her lambs before it went to the county fair. I understand Madison (and the lamb, Charlotte, featured in the pictures below!) did quite well at the fair…congratulations, Madison!
Madison also plays the saxophone for the Jonathan Alder High School marching band, and is on the golf team. I hope your season goes well, Madison!
Senior: Makayla
Class of 2017
Jeffrey Mansion, Bexley Ohio
Makayla is so pretty, and let me tell you she’s just as beautiful on the inside! She has a heart for God and a desire to touch people’s lives for Him. At the end of this month (literally right after graduation!) she plans to travel to Africa to work at an orphanage. Then this fall she’s off to college to become a nurse!
Makayla, many blessings to you as you serve the Lord and touch people’s lives with His love!
Senior: Kelsey
Class of 2017
Kelsey was great to photograph! We used Highbanks Metro Park for her session…it’s such a pretty park. One thing I noticed about Kelsey was how she took special note of the unique beauties in nature…God’s beautiful creation! Kelsey enjoys music, coloring, and adventures…I could sense the excitement in her voice when adventure was mentioned!
Blessings to you, Kelsey, as you face the adventures ahead in your future!
Senior: Jeremy
Class of 2017
Jeremy is a country boy through and through! He grew up on a farm with land beside a creek, so he’s experienced pretty much everything that has to do with the outdoors…animals, fishing, hunting, you name it! His pictures were taken where he grew up, which fits him perfectly and is a great backdrop. At the end of his session he painted his face and put on his hunting gear for a few pictures with his boat!
